Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Resolution Specialist to provide excellent customer service and support for patient accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review new and recurring patient accounts to obtain necessary documentation for billing health insurance plans
- Research and secure required information to ensure coverage of equipment through health insurance plans
- Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients to drive account resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
- Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
- Ability to work in a remote setting within the United States
