Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Resolution Specialist to provide excellent customer service and support for patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review new and recurring patient accounts to obtain necessary documentation for billing health insurance plans
  • Research and secure required information to ensure coverage of equipment through health insurance plans
  • Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients to drive account resolution

Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
  • Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
  • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
  • Ability to work in a remote setting within the United States
