Patient Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, overseeing performance metrics and A/R management
• Train and develop subordinates, maintain a motivating work environment, and address performance deficiencies
• Review requests, communicate effectively with staff and clients, and participate in meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 5 years of hospital business office experience
• Knowledge of JCAHO and state regulations for acute and skilled nursing facilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and communicate effectively in English
