Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative II to manage patient interactions regarding account balances and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve patient account issues and secure payment arrangements
  • Document patient complaints and manage tasks through Oracle and other systems
  • Provide 24-hour customer service support and assist with financial assistance inquiries

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience or 2-4 years in medical collections preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance carrier processes
  • Strong performance in cash collections and overcoming objections
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level and ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Some college education preferred but not required with relevant experience
