Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Case Coordinator (Better Concierge) to assist patients with their medical supply needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, providers, and payers regarding medical supply needs
- Manage complex processes to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies
- Collaborate with care teams to connect patients with support and educational resources
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with patients in a healthcare environment
- Background in a DME company or related to medical supplies
- Experience in a clinical setting, such as a physician's office or hospital
- Flexible schedule to meet patient needs, including availability on Saturdays
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, ticketing software, and insurance billing tools
