Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative - Remote Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and retention strategies through various communication channels
- Accurately determine eligibility for care coordination and document referrals while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
- Telephone/call center experience required
- Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment required
- Preferred: Two years of college education
