Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep I to assist with patient account inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from patients, representatives, and insurance companies
- Access and update patient account information in the computer system
- Generate written requests for processing and document transactions for reporting
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
- Ability to meet productivity standards consistent with federal and local regulations
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
