Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep I to assist with patient account inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from patients, representatives, and insurance companies
  • Access and update patient account information in the computer system
  • Generate written requests for processing by other teams and document transactions

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to meet productivity standards and perform essential job functions
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
