Patient Research Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Research Specialist to support the Patient Billing Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and enter necessary patient information and demographics for EMS claims payment
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely claims processing
• Search various systems for additional patient information and manage correspondence as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous billing experience is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Computer literacy, including experience with dual monitors
• Dependable and accountable for work responsibilities
