Patient Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Associate for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing and receive incoming calls to remind patients of appointments, schedule appointments, and pre-register patients for medical scans
• Follow standardized scripts to gather and provide information during calls
• Determine customers' needs, transfer calls to appropriate staff, and escalate calls when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 6 months to 1 year of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
