Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to provide administrative support and enhance patient experiences in a therapy office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and build rapport with patients through in-person and phone interactions
  • Manage incoming calls, verify patient insurance, and handle physician referrals
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment while managing daily financial transactions

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience within the last two years required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • High level of personal integrity, reliability, and honesty
