Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Patient Services call center staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure performance metrics are met
  • Manage staff training and development to maintain compliance with regulations
  • Resolve complaints and inquiries to ensure client and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of healthcare billing or operations work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience over the phone, preferably in healthcare
  • Working knowledge of billing and claim submissions within the healthcare industry
