Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Patient Services call center staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure performance metrics are met
- Manage staff training and development to maintain compliance with regulations
- Resolve complaints and inquiries to ensure client and patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years of healthcare billing or operations work experience
- Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience over the phone, preferably in healthcare
- Working knowledge of billing and claim submissions within the healthcare industry
