Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy COB Specialist to review and analyze claims and member data.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims
- Utilize proprietary audit tools to conduct member investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Coordination of Benefits, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and data management
