Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Data Mining Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate audit concepts, ensuring client acceptance and training team members
• Conduct audits on client data to identify recoverable claims and improve auditing processes
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance tools and reporting, while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of related healthcare experience
• 3-4 years of relevant experience within the company recommended for internal candidates
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in claims knowledge and payment integrity preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and in teams, demonstrating self-motivation
