Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Operations Analyst to join their Payment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for customer onboarding
- Manage and resolve payment disputes, including chargebacks and suspicious payments
- Engage directly with customers to provide service and quick resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role
- 1+ year of experience in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in processing and mitigating disputes (chargebacks)
