Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall payment processing operations in collaboration with various teams and external partners
• Optimize payment processing architecture to enhance customer experience and reduce chargebacks
• Lead chargeback prevention efforts and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in payments within a SaaS or subscription-based environment
• Expertise in credit/debit card processing and familiarity with alternative payment methods
• Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe and Adyen
• Strong understanding of payment settlement and reconciliation processes
• Bachelor's degree preferred
