Payment Partnerships Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Partnerships Operations Manager to drive operational excellence in their payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network partnerships to ensure operational excellence and build trust within the payments ecosystem
• Triage and investigate payment escalations, providing timely responses to partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive implementation of optimizations and new payment ideas

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry at a bank, network, acquirer, fintech, or similar company
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end payments ecosystem and regulatory environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Experience driving continuous improvement projects and uncovering optimizations
• Exposure to working with multiple external partners in the payments supply chain
