Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Monitoring Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor payment traffic in real-time and handle emergency alerts
- Reroute traffic accurately based on instructions and the status of payment providers
- Document changes and escalate issues related to processing traffic
Required Qualifications
- At least Pre-Intermediate level of English
- Work experience in a similar position or in Fintech, E-commerce, or PSP is preferred
- Understanding of how payment systems work
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Grafana or Tableau is a plus
