Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Payments Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft a strategy to scale payment transmission and enable enterprise payment operations at significantly higher volumes
- Enhance the platform's bank data ingestion capabilities for real-time reconciliation
- Mentor and develop engineers at various stages of their careers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in engineering management
- 4 or more years as an individual contributor
- Experience building and managing high-performance, distributed software platforms
- Designed fault-tolerant, highly reliable software systems at scale
- Experience with batch processing or real-time software systems
