Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing for employees across multiple countries
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Identify process improvements and prepare reports for Finance and People teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or 2-4 years of global payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of US and Canada federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google sheets
• Experience with payroll engines like ADP, Deel, Remote, or similar
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or (FPC) preferred
