Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select software for payroll operations and ensure timely execution of payroll
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities
• Provide expertise on local payroll and HR matters and answer complex related questions from employees and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in a relevant country
• Strong working knowledge of local payroll and HR regulations
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Experience with implementation of new payroll systems is preferred
