Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing for the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Payroll Team to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 15,000 employees
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and maintain effective internal controls
• Respond to employee inquiries and support year-end activities and ongoing systems projects

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce and other HCM systems such as Oracle or Workday
• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, publicly traded corporate environment
• Experience supervising small teams
• Certification as a Payroll Professional is a plus
