Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Tier 2 responsible for managing moderately complex client payroll accounts and providing advanced support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and deliver payrolls, garnishments, employee maintenance, and timesheet consolidation accurately and timely
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with service agreements
  • Address and resolve complex payroll issues and conduct detailed audits to identify discrepancies

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
  • High School diploma
  • Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and/or PEO experience preferred
  • Knowledge of PRISM is a plus
