Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Tier 2 responsible for managing moderately complex client payroll accounts and providing advanced support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and deliver payrolls, garnishments, employee maintenance, and timesheet consolidation accurately and timely
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with service agreements
- Address and resolve complex payroll issues and conduct detailed audits to identify discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
- High School diploma
- Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and/or PEO experience preferred
- Knowledge of PRISM is a plus
