Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, IPU.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an intake for calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers, providing optimal customer service
• Maintain accurate MARs and assist with the adjudication of claims for emergent medications
• Document all client interactions and manage urgent requests while adhering to established goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One year of pharmacy technician data entry experience (two years preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Docuware and Microsoft applications
• CPhT certification preferred
• Must have schedule flexibility and be in good standing with company requirements
