Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Manager/Special Education Teacher in the Scranton area of Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
- Provide instruction and support in core subjects and specialized areas as outlined in IEPs
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education for Pennsylvania
- Experience teaching students with diverse learning needs and implementing IEPs
- Proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and educational technology
- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual classroom effectively
