Job Summary
A company is looking for a PEO Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation for Professional Employer Organization clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for PEO services, focusing on payroll processes
- Partner with clients to customize payroll solutions that meet their operational and compliance needs
- Oversee data collection, validation, and migration processes for transitioning client payroll information
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation, preferably within a PEO or HR service environment
- 2+ years of experience in an implementation manager role
- Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software for payroll system configuration
- Familiarity with global payroll processes and PEO operations
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and local labor laws
