Job Summary

A company is looking for a PEO Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation for Professional Employer Organization clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for PEO services, focusing on payroll processes
  • Partner with clients to customize payroll solutions that meet their operational and compliance needs
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and migration processes for transitioning client payroll information

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation, preferably within a PEO or HR service environment
  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation manager role
  • Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software for payroll system configuration
  • Familiarity with global payroll processes and PEO operations
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and local labor laws
