Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Support talent acquisition, performance management, and team member development efforts
- Monitor key People metrics and provide insights and recommendations to enhance retention
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting high volume business units
- Basic understanding of HR principles or practices
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
