People Insights Partner
Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Insights Partner to analyze people data within the employee lifecycle and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the People and Culture Team to address business challenges and develop data requirements
- Extract and analyze data from various HR systems, primarily using Workday, Alteryx, and Excel
- Create custom reports and interactive dashboards to communicate findings effectively
Required Qualifications and Education:
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles
- 1+ years of experience in data extraction and report development
- Experience with SQL/Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Knowledge of HR/People and Culture programs and practices
