Key Responsibilities

• Execute performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment and partner with leaders to align hiring efforts
• Ensure HR compliance with applicable laws and assist in maintaining the employee handbook

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a People Operations Generalist, including HR operations and compliance
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• 1+ years of HR experience in startup or growth-stage environments
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus
