Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to support their global team and manage People Operations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, implement, and evolve scalable global people processes for efficiency and compliance
  • Manage all people lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Update HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practices

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in designing and owning people processes in fast-moving environments
  • Experience working with a global workforce, preferably in the Isle of Man and Malta
  • Experience with HR data and creating impactful analyses
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • A process improvement mindset with a focus on autonomy and teamwork
