Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Program Manager, M&A to drive the success of Mergers & Acquisitions by aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee transition plans, including system integration and organizational structure
- Assess workforce risks, cultural alignment, and advise on people-related risks and opportunities
- Design and execute cultural integration plans and lead workforce planning and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and M&A integration, with a total of 6 years of professional experience
- Expertise in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams
- Proven success in fostering cultural assimilation and driving employee engagement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with People, Legal, Finance, IT, and Corporate Development teams
- Experience with HR systems, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Organizational Design
