People Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Relations Specialist who will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to address employee-related matters and coach them on performance management processes
• Maintain accurate records in the People Relations case management system and analyze employee relations data for actionable insights
• Manage the employee offboarding process and assist with workplace investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee relations
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
• Experience with Workday and an employee relations case management system preferred
• Up-to-date knowledge of multi-state employment law requirements
