Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Relations Specialist who will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to address employee-related matters and coach them on performance management processes
- Maintain accurate records in the People Relations case management system and analyze employee relations data for actionable insights
- Manage the employee offboarding process and assist with workplace investigations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources and/or employee relations
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- Experience with Workday and an employee relations case management system preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of multi-state employment law requirements
