Job Summary
A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and construct processes to support Mid Life Cycle activities within the People organization
- Assist with Mid Life Cycle tower initiatives and conduct detailed research to identify process improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within their Tower, delivering process solutions and ensuring compliance with governance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with People Systems and Processes
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global initiatives across a Matrix organization
- Experience in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and Solution Design principles preferred
- Stakeholder and Project Management experience
