Performance Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Engineer for a remote, full-time position in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate performance of enterprise Java-based applications
- Write monitoring and data extraction tools in Java, JavaScript, or Unix Shell
- Collaborate with DevOps for test automation and continuous integration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- Expertise in performance engineering fundamentals and JMeter
- Proficiency in Java/JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, and container technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, Splunk, AppDynamics, and cloud platforms
- Initial knowledge of Python is a plus
