Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cap-Tech Perf Mgmt Analyst to support IT service monitoring tools and enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure infrastructure and monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot and proactively identify monitoring solutions
- Create monitoring tool education and documentation for end users
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with infrastructure and monitoring tools
- Experience in Cloud and/or Hybrid environments
- 2+ years of ITIL or ITSM related framework experience
- Proven understanding of end-to-end system dependencies
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
