Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and ensuring client strategies are met
- Manage senior client relationships, overseeing campaign performance discussions and financial management
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a digital agency focused on performance-driven paid media
- Proficient with paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and Meta
- In-platform experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with marketing KPIs
- Experience with complex budgeting and forecasting
- Proven experience leading an accounts team, preferably in B2B or Financial Services
