Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications
• Assist in interpreting verbal and written communication to make appropriate decisions
• Engage in ongoing learning about the insurance industry and related skills

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Personal Lines P & C agent license preferred; license preparation available for qualified candidates
• Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service is preferred
• Strong PC knowledge and keyboarding skills
• Access to a strong and stable internet connection with a separate, undisturbed workspace
• Flexibility in work hours is necessary
