Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve patient inquiries and promote drug compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

- Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center or similar environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
