Pharmacy Informatics Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medication Management Informaticist (Limited Tenure) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to clinical informatics, creating technical solutions for medication-related issues
- Manage and deliver medication-related data, information, and knowledge, including reporting and analytics
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and projects related to medication management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or Pharmacy BS degree if graduated before 2000
- Completion of an accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in pharmacy informatics, or PGY1 residency plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of applicable experience
- License to practice Pharmacy in assigned work area
- Current Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required
- Preferred: Informatics-related certification or advanced degree program
