Physical Security System Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physical Security System Designer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate client project drawings for accuracy and adherence to quality control standards
• Learn and develop drafting/modeling skills for security floor layouts and system drawings under supervision
• Collaborate with team members on projects and assist in preparing documentation and packages

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Revit experience in a professional environment, preferably in Security, Electrical, or Telecom fields
• Associate degree or Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design, or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of electronic security systems and vendor-specific products is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Dynamo is advantageous
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a designated workspace and high-speed internet access
