Plan Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Implementation Specialist to oversee the onboarding process for new plan sponsor clients within Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and conversion of new business and conversion plans
- Coordinate the New Business/Conversion process with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Resolve escalated service and sales issues for internal and external partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, finance, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pension design, administration, or related financial services
- FINRA Series 6 required within 120 days of start date
- Participation in professional development programs such as ASPPA, CEBS, or NIPA is desirable
- Basic knowledge of retirement plan funding platforms and ERISA retirement plan fundamentals
