Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to work remotely and support project management in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project schedules and analyze specifications and plans
- Perform detailed material takeoffs and ensure accuracy before project release
- Communicate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues and update material scopes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials
- Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the waterworks industry
- Familiarity with construction documents and project management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Sage Estimating or Planswift Estimating software is a plus
