Platform Analyst Manager

Job Summary

Leading system planning and requirements analysis, the remote Platform Analyst Manager will apply business and systems analysis expertise to coordinate initiatives, document technical directions, and collaborate with internal users and external partners throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Leads system requirements analysis and validation, ensuring completeness and adherence to standards
• Builds and maintains knowledge of business processes to guide requirements definition and solution design
• Partners with stakeholders to understand needs and present aligned technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including Agile / Lean or Kanban
• Proficiency in Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in Cloud development with Azure or AWS is a plus
