Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer for a remote position on the East Coast US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancing system performance and reliability of cloud infrastructure
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring solutions aligned with the roadmap
• Collaborating with the team to ensure technology stack cohesion

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in cloud infrastructure management for a small/medium SaaS company
• 3+ years software development experience, particularly with Go
• Experience with defining infrastructure in code (e.g. AWS CDK, Terraform)
• Expertise in AWS and Elastic Stack (ELK) is preferred
• Ability to understand and reason about complex systems for problem anticipation
