Policy Coach
Job Summary
Seeking experienced senior leaders in policy roles, the contract Policy Coach will provide 1:1 coaching to members remotely, helping them achieve personal and professional goals while participating in ongoing training to enhance coaching skills.
Key responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills
- Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community by sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance coaching practices
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in public policy, product policy, government affairs, trust & safety, privacy, or related roles
- Experience developing and operationalizing policy frameworks at scale, influencing product and business decisions
- Prior experience working with regulators, policymakers, or lobbyists, contributing to regulatory strategy
- Strong background in AI policy, platform governance, content moderation, or emerging tech regulation is a plus
- Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
