Job Summary
A company is looking for a Policy Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client-facing projects/tasks, client expectations, and client relationships
- Manage partner and stakeholder relationships and collaborate among CMS, partner organizations, and other contractors
- Develop project work plans, manage project execution, and support business development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher in relevant field with at least 7 years of project leadership experience or a Ph.D. with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of full-time experience in a health policy consulting environment
- Experience managing large-scale national projects and diverse teams
- Strong working knowledge of current health care policy priorities
- PMP and/or Agile certification is a plus
