Job Summary
A company is looking for a Political Reform Research Assistant (Part-Time Contract).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background research for interviews with state-level activists and policy experts
- Assist in historical analysis and data collection related to ballot initiatives and legislative dynamics
- Gather and synthesize research findings for memos and briefs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, sociology, or a related field; graduate coursework is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience with qualitative interviews or historical analysis is a plus
- Experience working within state government or in community organizing is also a plus
