Population Health Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Population Health Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and develop health management strategies
• Create and implement customized market solutions and scalable health improvement strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to enhance health care solutions and manage post-implementation activities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of health industry and/or consulting experience
• Demonstrated leadership in client management and business development
• Deep knowledge of the health market, plans, and vendors
• Experience in developing and delivering new tools and services
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience; Master's or Clinical degree preferred
