Job Summary
Driving the vision and strategy for the Customer Success AI product portfolio, the full-time remote Principal AI Product Manager will manage AI product initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and enhance productivity through innovative AI solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Success AI product portfolio
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI across internal Customer Success workflows
- Manage the AI product portfolio from concept through launch, adoption, and lifecycle management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS products
- 3+ years of experience leading AI-powered or intelligent automation products
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI concepts and architectures
- Experience building workflow applications or internal enterprise products
- Exceptional product judgment and stakeholder management skills
