Job Summary

As a visionary leader in AI-native engineering, the full-time remote Principal Architect will define and scale the architectural framework for autonomous software development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the AI-Native Lifecycle by defining and scaling foundational frameworks and validation loops for autonomous software development
• Develop technical vision and strategy by translating ambiguous business goals into concrete architectural plans and validation strategies
• Design advanced system topologies and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to ensure safe operation of AI agents on complex codebases

Required qualifications

• 15-20+ years of professional software engineering experience in building large-scale distributed systems or enterprise architectures
• An M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
• Mastery of programming languages such as Rust, Python, Go, C++, or TypeScript
• Proven track record of architecting mission-critical production systems with high availability and security
• Desire to explore and innovate new design patterns in the field of AI and software engineering
