Principal Back-End Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Back-End) to join their Unified Analyst Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the architecture for core features of the Unified Analyst Experience
- Design and develop APIs and backend systems to unify workflows across various modules
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices and drive innovation in the Ops Center ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in backend software engineering, including technical leadership and architecture design
- Expertise in building and optimizing APIs for large-scale systems
- Proficiency with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with security, risk, or observability systems is a major plus
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills to support team growth and development
